The O&P Club is your all-access pass to earning points and exclusive rewards every time you shop. By joining the club (for free!), you can earn points towards unlocking money off future purchases, receive perks like free shipping (exceptions may apply), and receive a free birthday gift.
Why? Each time you shop with our small, woman-founded and led, Canadian business, you make our day shine—this is our way of thanking you and adding a little extra sparkle to your jewelry box.

You sure can! You can sign up for the O&P Club no matter where you live, and all members are eligible to earn points on their purchases.
Please note that some program perks may only be available to those shopping from within Canada and the US. If you’re shopping with us from overseas, check out our O&P Club Terms & Conditions page for details on which perks are available to you.
Your account status is based on how much you spend during a 12 month rolling period, starting from the date you first make a purchase, or when you reach a new tier:
- Trendsetter: Everyone starts here when joining The O&P Club for free. You’ll stay in this tier if you spend less than $250 USD in each 12 month period.
- Muse: Spend $250–$499 USD within a 12 month period to reach Muse status. A new 12 month period starts from the date you unlock this tier. After this, spend at least $200 USD each year to maintain your status, or you’ll move back to Tier 1.
- Icon: Spend $500+ USD in a 12 month period to reach our top tier with the most perks. To maintain Icon status, spend at least $500 USD each year. If not, you’ll move down to Tier 2 based on your spend.
Example: If you sign up on February 6, 2025, you’ll start as a Trendsetter. If you spend $200 USD on April 1, 2025, then $50 USD on July 1, 2025, you’ll unlock Muse status. A new 12 month period will begin from July 1, 2025, giving you until July 1, 2026 to meet the minimum spend to maintain your tier or move back to Tier 1. If by July 1, 2026, you spend $500+ USD, you’ll unlock Icon status and a new 12 month period will begin at that time.

No, your perks are tied to your individual account within the program and can only be used by you.
POINTS
Points are earned for every US dollar spent on all qualifying orders—$1 USD is equal to one point. You can also earn points by completing additional actions like joining the program, and following our social media accounts.
All the ways you can earn points can be found here on your account dashboard.
Please note that as our site’s main currency is USD, all customers' spend amounts will be converted to US dollars as per the exchange rate at that time. The amount is rounded down, and then converted to points.
No, points cannot be earned retroactively. Make sure you’ve signed up for the O&P Club to start earning points towards Rewards!
Points remain active for 12 months from the date you earned them.
For example, if you placed an order on February 6, 2025, and earn 50 points on that order, those points, if unused, will expire on February 6, 2026.
Points can be earned on any of our products, but exceptions may apply. These exceptions will be noted in the Terms & Conditions of any relevant future promotions, launches, and/or marketing materials.

No, only purchases made on oliveandpiper.com qualify to earn points.
Before the O&P Club launched, if you shopped with us using your customer account from Nov 6, 2024-Feb 6, 2025, you will see points in your Club account for those purchases.
Outside of this window, points can only be earned on qualifying purchases made after you’ve signed up for the O&P Club or shopped using your customer account.

As soon as payment for your order is processed, any points earned from a purchase will immediately appear in your account.

The points earned when you first made the purchase will be deducted from your points balance.
If you’ve already redeemed those points for a Reward before the return, your points balance may go into the negative.
If your entire order is cancelled, any points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If only part of your order is cancelled, only the points earned from the impacted items will be deducted.
REWARDS
Who doesn’t love a discount?
Your points are used to redeem a Reward and are offered in 3 set amounts for money off of your order:
- 100 points = $10USD off
- 200 points = $20USD off
- 300 points = $30USD off
Rewards can be redeemed when you have enough points. To redeem a Reward on your next order, head to the O&P Club page and click “Redeem Now”. You can also redeem a Reward from your account dashboard or at checkout where you’ll be prompted to select whether or not you want to redeem points for a Reward on that purchase
When you click to redeem points for a Reward, it will be ready for immediate use on your order.
Points are earned for every $1 USD dollar spent that’s paid with a credit card, debit card, gift card, or store credit. The amount of your order covered by your Reward does not qualify for earning points.
Rewards become available for use in exchange for redeeming points. Points earned remain active and can be redeemed for Rewards for 12 months from the date you earned them.
For example, if you place an order on February 6, 2025, and earn 50 points on that order, those points, if unused, will expire on February 6, 2026.
If you return your entire order, any points redeemed to use a Reward as payment on that order will be returned to your account. Those points will remain available until their expiration date for you to redeem towards a Reward again.
If you only return part of your order, the number of points returned to your account will match the ratio of your refund.
For example, say you redeemed 100 points to use a $10 reward on a $200 order. You then return half of your order, and receive a $100 refund. 50% of your points originally used on the order (50 points) would then be added back to your account.
If your entire order is cancelled, any points that were redeemed to use a Reward as payment on that order will be returned to your account. Those points will remain available until their expiration date for you to redeem towards a Reward again.
If only part of your order is cancelled, we’ll make sure your points are adjusted fairly! The number of points returned will match the ratio of your refund for the cancelled item(s).
For example, say you redeemed 100 points to use a $10 Reward on a $100 order. Part of your order is then cancelled, and you receive a $20 refund. 20% of your points originally used on the order (20 points) would then be added back to your account.
Rewards cannot be stacked or combined—only one Reward can be redeemed per order.

BIRTHDAY GIFTS
We have three different birthday gift options dependent on your tier!
- Trendsetter: You’ll receive an email on your birthday letting you know that 50 points have automatically been added to your account
- Muse: You’ll receive an email on your birthday with a code to receive $20 USD off one item.
- Icon: You’ll receive an email on your birthday with a code to receive one free item.
For our Muses and Icons, please note your birthday gift code is only found in the email sent on your birthday and will expire after one month.

After signing up for The O&P Club, you can redeem your birthday gift in the following year.
For example, your birthday is January 15, 2025, and you signed up on February 6, 2025. You’ll receive your first O&P Club birthday gift on January 15, 2026.
Rewards cannot be redeemed on orders that also redeem a birthday gift. If you’d like to redeem both at the same time, you’ll need to place two separate orders or save your Reward for a future order.
REFERRALS
O&P Club members can share the shine!
When you share a referral with a friend (either through email, or your unique link) they can use it to receive $10 USD off their first order of $50 USD or more.
In return, we’ll add 100 points to your account for each successful referral!
ACCOUNT SUPPORT
Orders placed with different emails cannot be transferred or merged.
Make sure you always check out with the email associated with your O&P Club account to earn points and take the most advantage of your membership perks.
