I was very excited for these earrings, but unfortunately the earrings delivered look significantly different than the ones in the photos. The cluster that sits against the earlobe is nonexistent and you see a strange gold square which holds the two strands of pearls. It’s also frustrating that I have to pay for a shipping label to return an item that is falsely advertised.

The photos are nothing like the actually product, specifically at the stud portion where the pearls are clustered. Look at my photos to see what I mean. Customer service has been so bad - they said it was due to “natural variation” in the pearls, which is obviously to be expected with freshwater pearls. However the design is just completely different - it’s not due to the pearls. They said I could try to exchange but they can’t promise the product they send will be good either. Additionally, the returns portal doesn’t have an option to even start an exchange! I’ve been emailing back and forth for days trying to get this figured out and customer service is not able to even help me start an exchange.

Absolutely perfect earrings for my wedding day! I paired these with the Juno Studs in my second ear piercing and the result was STUNNING! I love that they are noticeable enough to make a statement, but not so over the top that it took away from my face. Pearls are always a classic look and these are a unique take! Could not be happier with the end result :)
